Great staff, always friendly and helpful
I don't recommend buying from this store as they won't exchange or refund faulty items. A week after purchasing an electrical item I rang to arrange for an exchange, and I was going to drive 50kms out of my way, but the 'Retail Manager' wouldn't do it as the store would be out of pocket and I would have to contact the the manufacturer myself. On checking with Fair Trading I was within my rights to take it back and be either refunded or exchanged.As travellers we try and support small towns and businesses and had spent over $700 that day in Orbost. But that kind of service was like a slap in the face and leaves a bad impression for that pharmacy and other small businesses. Thanks Whitney.
