This place is one the best places to eat in Orbost, really nice chips and stuff

Im honestly not even surprised at how disappointing the food is here anymore. On multiple occasions my burgers have been inedible and my fried goods, were anything but. For example, tonight I ordered a couple of corn jacks and they were still cold in the middle. The staff dont even wear gloves to prepare your orders and it seems that time management is a MASSIVE issue.... for the only fish and chip shop in town, its really frustrating that you cant get something quick and decent to eat from chookys roost...
Only customer in the shop, stoll took 25 minutes to make a plain burger. Girl behind the counter was more interested in her phone. Very poor
Food was good taste, not oily or over cooked.. and not over priced ...Staff were very helpful had parents and grandparent with us. Place is clean and has decent amount of chairs and tables. We were dining in they made sure that we were happy. Food was served on dishes not just given in takeaway containers. Made sure everything was okay during meal.. Happy parents and grandparents... a huge tick in my book...
